As a small business, we're unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds. This includes situations where you've changed your mind or ordered something by mistake. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before placing your order to make sure it’s exactly what you’re after. This applies to all products sold through our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check and pack every order, but if something arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us an email with your order number and some photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
